General Provisions
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers from Tuuli Icebaths.
By placing an order, you indicate that you agree to the delivery and payment terms and conditions. Tuuli Icebaths reserves the right to modify its delivery and/or payment terms and conditions after the expiration of the current period.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Tuuli Icebaths does not recognize the general or specific conditions or provisions of third parties.
Secure Payment
For secure online payments, tuuliicebaths.com collaborates with the well-known company Mollie. As an international company in the field of online payments in e-commerce, Mollie guarantees you a 100% secure handling.
Whether you choose Bancontact, Visa, or another method, the transaction always takes place via a site secured with multiple firewalls directly between Mollie and the buyer. Neither tuuliicebaths.com nor third parties have access to your card number or other information. Mollie verifies the validity of your card, card number, and credit card access rights, and notifies tuuliicebaths.com when everything is in order and the payment will be processed. This way, your order is immediately confirmed, and the shipment can proceed.

Delivery and Delivery Time
Delivery takes place while supplies last. The products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the buyer.
In the context of the distance selling rules, Tuuli Icebaths will fulfill orders within 30 days at least. If this is not possible (due to the ordered product being out of stock or no longer available), or if there are delays for other reasons, or if an order cannot be executed or can only be partially executed, you will be notified within 14 days after placing your order, and in that case, you have the right to cancel the order without costs or notice of default.
Tuuli Icebaths is not liable if the delivery time is exceeded due to the carrier’s actions, nor in case of product loss or strikes. The buyer is aware of the transport risks and should direct any related questions to the carrier.
Prices
All prices include 21% VAT.
Prices will not be increased during the offer period, unless legal measures make this necessary or if the manufacturer implements interim price increases.
All prices on the website are subject to printing and typesetting errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typesetting errors.

If you have specific questions about dimensions, color, availability, delivery time, or delivery method, you can contact info@tuuliicebaths.com in advance.
Online orders can be refused if the product has already been sold in the physical store before online payment. You will be notified of this by email.
Right of Withdrawal
As a private consumer, you have a period of 14 days during which you can renounce your purchase. If our products do not meet your expectations, you can notify us and return them provided that the packaging remains intact and the product is not a specially ordered item. Therefore, an opened package will no longer allow you to cancel the purchase. This right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers. This right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are specially ordered for the customer and/or have a delivery time of 1 or more weeks.
Step-by-step guide to return:
1. Email us at info@tuuliicebaths.com stating that you want to return an item, along with the reason.
2. You will receive email instructions on how to return the item.
3. Send the item back to the return address. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Upon receiving and approving the return, tuuliicebaths.com will send you a confirmation of receipt via email. You will then receive store credit that is valid for 1 year.
Can I exchange or replace a product?
To exchange a product, please ensure that the packaging remains intact and that it is not a product that was specially ordered for you. Therefore, an opened package will not allow you to cancel the purchase.
Exchange procedure:
1. Email us at info@tuuliicebaths.com stating that you want to exchange an item, along with the reason.
2. You will receive email instructions and a return voucher for returning the item.
3. Send the item back to the return address. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Upon receiving and approving the return, we can proceed with the exchange and send you the new product. The new item, if available, will be shipped as soon as possible.
Wrong item?

Damaged item?
Notify us via info@tuuliicebaths.com within 2 days of receipt.
Clearly describe the damage and include relevant photos.
Tuuliicebaths.com reserves the right to refuse returns and not provide store credit or refund the amount if there is suspicion that the items have been used or damaged due to causes other than those of tuuliicebaths.com or the supplier of the item.

Warranty and conformity:
According to the law of September 21, 2004, concerning the protection of consumers in the sale of consumer goods, the consumer has legal rights. The legal warranty period of two years applies from the date of delivery.
For products purchased online and delivered to the buyer’s home, the buyer should contact info@tuuliicebaths.com in case of defects, after which the buyer should return the product (with proof of purchase) at their own expense to Tuuli Icebaths.
We guarantee that the products and/or services comply with the agreement, the specifications mentioned in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability, and the legal provisions and/or government regulations existing on the date of the conclusion of the agreement.
You are obliged to immediately check the delivered goods upon receipt. If it appears that the delivered product is incorrect, defective, or incomplete, you should immediately notify Tuuli Icebaths in writing (before returning it to Tuuliicebaths.com).
Offers:
Offers are without obligation unless otherwise stated in the offer. When accepting a non-binding offer, Tuuli Icebaths reserves the right to revoke or deviate from the offer within a period of 3 working days after receiving the acceptance.
Oral commitments bind Tuuli Icebaths only after they have been expressly and confirmed in writing.
Offers from Tuuli
Icebaths do not automatically apply to reorders. Tuuli Icebaths cannot be held to its offer if you should have understood that the offer, or any part of it, contains an obvious mistake or clerical error. Supplementary agreements, modifications, and/or further agreements are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
Images and specifications:
All images, photos, drawings, or data regarding weights, dimensions, colors, images of labels, etc., on the Tuuli Icebaths webshop are approximate, indicative, and cannot be a basis for compensation or dissolution of the agreement.
Force majeure:
Tuuli Icebaths is not liable if and to the extent that its obligations cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure.
Force majeure is understood to mean any foreign cause, as well as any circumstance that should not reasonably be at its risk. Delays or failures by our suppliers, internet disruptions, power disruptions, disruptions in email traffic, disruptions or changes in technology provided by third parties, transport difficulties, strikes, government measures, delays in delivery, negligence of suppliers and/or manufacturers of Tuuli Icebaths, as well as auxiliary persons, employee illness, defects in auxiliary or transport equipment, are explicitly regarded as force majeure.
In the event of force majeure, Tuuli Icebaths reserves the right to suspend its obligations and is also entitled to terminate the agreement in whole or in part, or to demand that the content of the agreement be changed so that performance remains possible.
Tuuli Icebaths is in no case obliged to pay any fine or compensation.
If Tuuli Icebaths has already partially fulfilled its obligations upon the occurrence of force majeure, or can only partially fulfill its obligations, it is entitled to separately invoice the already delivered or deliverable part and the customer is obliged to pay this invoice as if it were a separate contract. However, this does not apply if the already delivered or deliverable part has no independent value.
Liability:
Tuuli Icebaths is not liable for damage caused to vehicles or other objects as a result of improper use of the products. Before use, read the instructions on the packaging and/or consult our webshop.
Retention of title:
Ownership of all goods sold and delivered by Tuuli Icebaths remains with Tuuliicebaths.com until you have fulfilled the claims of Tuuliicebaths.com under the agreement or previous or subsequent similar agreements. As long as you have not yet paid the work carried out or to be carried out under these or similar agreements, and as long as you have not yet fulfilled the claims of Tuuli Icebaths due to non-performance of such obligations, including claims for penalties, interest, and costs.
Applicable law/competent court:
If a dispute arises from our cooperation agreement or subsequent agreements, we will first try to resolve it through impartial mediation. If we cannot resolve the dispute in this way, we will settle our dispute before a competent court in the Ghent district.
Both parties (you as a customer and us as a supplier) accept electronic communication (e.g., email) as evidence.
