To order
An order is only final once you have completed all the steps in the ordering process and received an order confirmation from us in your mailbox. You should receive this confirmation within 15 minutes. Please also check your spam folder.
In the final stage of the ordering process, you can enter a discount code in the discount code field. It will be applied immediately, and you will see if your discount code has been successfully applied. Please contact us if you encounter any issues with your discount code.
You can place an order worldwide. We also offer worldwide shipping. We ship from Belgium.
Normally, you should receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes. If this is not the case, please check your spam folder first. If you still haven’t received an email, please contact us.
Payment
At checkout, you will see which payment methods we accept. We accept a wide range of payment options. Payment via bank transfer is not possible. All orders must be paid in advance.
Delivery
We deliver your package to your home. We choose the shipping partner. If there are shipping costs, they will be communicated during the payment process.
When ordering, you can enter the delivery address where you want your order to be delivered in the ‘delivery address’ section.
Once we have packed your order and it is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a track & trace link. You can track your order via this link.
After all the steps have been completed and payment has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation in your mailbox. We process your order within 48 hours, after which your order will be picked up by the shipping service.

To refund
From the latest email with your track & trace code, you can return your order. Print your return label and attach it to the package. Bring your package to the corresponding service point and you’re done.
Items purchased online can always be returned within 14 working days after receipt, provided that the items are still in their original condition (with hangtags), not worn, not washed, or not altered. Items with makeup stains or perfume scent will NOT be accepted for return.
We will refund the amount to the account with which you paid. Delivery costs will not be refunded. The refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt of your return.

You will receive an email from us once we have received your return. Orders paid with a gift card will receive a new code worth the refunded amount.
Payments made with gift cards will not be refunded, but you will receive a new gift card in exchange.
